We had a great experience with Tidal Wave. They definitely know what customer service means. From the start working with Mike designing our pool to JR making sure I found the tile choices I loved. Joey was overseeing the entire process and did great at keeping us informed and updated on all the steps. I really appreciated how clean they kept the construction site along the way and the attention to detail on each step. We love Tidal Wave and I’m certain you will too!

Finished our pool/spa in Oct 2025 and finally able to sit down to write this review. Shopped around and chose Tidal Wave based on our initial consult and their outstanding reviews, and I gotta say we are very happy with the build.

Joey has been absolutely instrumental throughout the entire pool-building process. From the very beginning to now, everything has been smooth sailing. He consistently answered all of our questions and addressed concerns in a timely manner.

We love our new pool, Joey was very helpfull throught out the whole process. Answered all of our questions and concerns in a timley manner. We know there was delays due to weather. We had an issue with the storm drain but they were able to fix it other than that no major issues.

Jonathan and his team were exceptional from start to finish. The entire process was seamless, communication was clear, and the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. The pool turned out beautifully, and the quality of work is outstanding. Highly recommend this company for anyone considering a pool project.

Anything with construction is going to have set backs and some things will need redone but just know that Tidal Wave Custom Pools will be right there to make everything right and ensure you are happy with what you wanted!!

The quality of the pool construction itself is outstanding. Every detail, from the design to the finishing touches, reflects a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. The end result is a beautiful, well-constructed pool that I’m proud to have in my backyard.

Can I just say I am beyond impressed with this company. They have been the best pool experience ever. They communicated with every step of the process, let us know if they would be late with something or if we needed to change something. They kept my yard clean and made sure every day to pick up their trash and belongings, which for me was the best part.

JR is one of my favorite pool guys I’ve worked with. I shoot all of his projects once they are finished and they always look spectacular. He’s great with communication and has an amazing talent for what he does.

Tidal Wave did an awesome job. We reviewed 4 other companies only one was comparable to there reasonable pricing but we just absolutely loved the design with our design and just the people people vibe we got from JR just made our choice even easier. Tidal wave pools JR CONDOR WAS OUTSTANDING FROM DESIGN TO FINISH everything he said he delivered. The project was not easy with a sloping yard and property restrictions but jr handled it like a professional. We reached out to 6 pool companies and met with all. The designers Mike and Mandy gave us our vision in 3D at our house. We felt good about it and went ahead with the project. Met with the owner JR and Derek was our go to guy.

JR very responsive. Loved working with him. Replastered my old pool and it looks great. Sprayed the deck and really looks nice. Backyard ready for a fun summer.

This was the second pool I’ve build and Tidal Wave was near perfect. The entire project was completely quickly (despite some rain delays), communication was exceptional, and the cost was very reasonable. I was particularly impressed that from quote to completion there were absolutely no surprises relative to extra costs or mysterious delays.

I went with Tidal Wave Custom Pools for our new pool. JR was a pleasure to deal with through the entire process. He worked on our design until it was exactly what we wanted. When construction started he kept us advised with what was going on and it was so stress free.

Zach was amazing during the designing process he even met me at the tile and stone store to go over options. He listened to exactly what we wanted in a pool that was a little unique compared to most pools but he didn’t hesitate to take a risk to design something different!

He is one of the very best designers out there. I use him frequently for drawing renders for my listings. Not only is he incredibly talented, but the turnaround time is superb. Definitely recommend!
