I cannot say enough good things about Tidal Wave and their rep, JR. We got several estimates before committing, and despite all of the costs being about the same from company to company, JR made us feel truly valued as people. He walked us through every step of the process. His communication is unparalleled. I think Tidal Wave does it right -- they show you what you get for the quote. They have several stones and tiles for the base cost. Everything isn't an "upgrade" like the other companies neglect to tell you until you get to that step. The crew showed up when they said they would and finished our pool and spa early. We initially had difficulty finding a fence company who would even call us back. JR handled that too -- even got us estimates from different companies! We wanted to price out a few different additions along the build, and he got us renderings and estimates FAST. The dig was started 8/1/23 and we were swimming before the summer was over. We were not expecting to be ahead of schedule. If you are on the fence about pool companies, call JR. We did not know JR before this process, but we feel like longtime friends at this point. Our pool is beautiful, and our backyard is the fun place to be!
